Our fixed term lease for the the above rented property (3BR and fixed rent of $1300 pm) will be expired in December 2011 but due to some unavoidable circumstances that my wife and children have to leave Australia for good, so we decided to vacate it sometime in early November this year. Notice to vacate will be issued in due course.
